The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Media Finance team as we continue to propel the business forward through data-driven and influential insights.

You will be a trusted advisor to the largest and most impactful Product organization within Adobe, supporting our core flagship product categories within the Creative Cloud business.

You will be the main Finance Partner to the leaders of the Creative Imaging, Digital Video, and 3D & Immersive businesses as we continue to foster Creativity For All by delivering outstanding products, features, and services.

In this role, you will not only manage all aspects of our financial investments, but really have a strong sense of our product strategy and roadmap, feature launches, and provide the rigor and oversight into our investment decisions.

What you will do :

  • Be a valued Finance partner to senior leaders by understanding their line of business and help shape and influence business decisions with sound recommendations.
  • Develop deep understanding of the work they do, support business case modeling and deep dive analysis on strategic initiatives.

  • Manage a team of 1-2 Analysts and own all aspects of forecasting, budgeting, and close responsibilities for your business units.
  • Deliver and communicate clearly, all monthly and quarterly financial reports with results analyses to finance and business leadership through data and insights.
  • Understand key efficiency & productivity metrics and benchmark vs best-in-class levels
  • Be a leader and Lead projects to drive automation and process improvement
  • Be self driven and motivated with a strong curiosity to continually learn and improve
  • What you need to succeed :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. MBA Preferred.
  • Minimum 8+ years of FP&A (or related) experience required
  • Excellent qualitative and analytical mindset with outstanding communication skills, to articulate key business and the financial implications / business impact
  • Prior experience in Tech / SW / SaaS, supporting Product organizations a plus
  • Positive attitude, collaborative, and comfort in a fluid environment that changes as the business evolves
  • High attention to details with excellent organizational skills and ability to take charge, set objectives, drive to results; team oriented.
  • Advanced Excel skills are essential, and experience in Tableau, Anaplan, and SAP are preferred.
  • Prior experience managing and coaching team members, driving and delivering results.
