Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :

First point of contact for all HR related queries from site-based line operators and line managers with extremely limited access to hardware.

This role will involve speaking directly with colleagues via a phoneline regarding their HR queries and providing end-to-end navigation support, advice and resolution in a timely manner.

This role will also be responsible for ensuring effective triaging of more complex cases to the appropriate HR colleague whilst remaining the main point of contact for the line manager / line operator.

The role will report in the Team Leader within the relevant regional delivery center. There will be a close working relationship with a dotted line into the HR site lead to ensure appropriate prioritization of activity in line with business objectives and that continuous improvements to processes and ways of working are addressed.

Basic Qualifications :

We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :

  • Advanced university student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • English Level : Advanced.
  • Experience in Workday, Service Now or other systems related.
  • Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Preferred Qualifications :

    However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :

  • Previous experience working in a HR Customer Support, HR Data Management or in a Shared Services or Support Centre.
  • French Level : Intermediate will be a plus.
