Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are :
Responsible for end-to-end completion of Joiners / Leavers / Change-Job on Workday and other required systems. Works with various stakeholders in business and other function teams like Finance and Tech to ensure process SLA s (Service Level Agreement) and documentation closure.
Accountable for Workday Data Accuracy. Drive Line Manager Communications and Capability building to ensure right Workday transactions and Data Validation and other required processes.
Uses knowledge management tools effectively to ensure accuracy of information and stays abreast of changes in knowledge management content.
Ensures excellent customer service during key Human Resources business cycles by identifying and taking corrective action when information appears out of alignment or incorrect.
As part of our HR Customer Service Team you will work in partnership with Human Resources partners and other members of HR operations to provide a high-quality customer experience to our internal clients.
Basic Qualifications :
We are looking for professionals with these characteristics to achieve our goals :
Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
English Level : Advanced.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications :
However, if you have the following, it would be a plus :
Portuguese Level : Intermediate / Advanced.
Experience working in a Human Resources Shared Services, Support Centre or Customer Support.
Experience in Workday or other systems related.
