Salesforce Senior Developer
Experience
Total 12-14 years of IT experience with at least 8 years Salesforce Experience
Responsibilities
The Salesforce Sr Developer should possess broad knowledge across multiple development platforms and draws on their skills and experience to assess customer requirements and architecture in order to design secure, high-performance technical solutions that maximize the potential of the Salesforce platform.
Skill Requirements
Strong design and Development background
In-depth understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the SFDC platform to generate efficient code
Good knowledge of Apttus CPQ and CLM flows.
Technical expertise in Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, Apex classes and Triggers, Visual Force, Force IDE, SOQL
Proficiency in point & clicks like creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, Approvals, Workflows, Reports, Dashboards, Tasks.
Knowledge on App builder
Expertise in designing and configuring access and data security using SFDC features
Proficiency in data migration and its best practices
Experience integrating salesforce with external systems using connectors, SOAP / REST API
Knowledge of salesforce design patterns
Experience in end to end implementation of Salesforce Service / Sales Cloud and custom applications.
Knowledge in web application development, Java programming, JavaScript, CSS, XML, JSON, HTML, jQuery, node.js
Clear insight of Salesforce platform best practices, coding and design guidelines, SFDC limits
Conversant using Source control systems and ANT migration tool for deployment
Well versed with different salesforce utilities
Capable of interacting with technical and functional teams and communicating challenges and risks
Must be a good team player and a quick learner
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Managing and configuration of communities
Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, testing, deployment and documentation activities
Well versed with source control systems like Git, Bitbucket etc for Salesforce environments
Experienced on developing business apps using Agile methodology
Education
Should have Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or) Engineering major.
Certification
Platform Developer (PD2) + Platform Developer (PD1) is a must.
