Role Description : Neustar is looking for a Network Systems Management Engineer performs the installation, administration, management, configuration, testing, and integration tasks related to the event management system, including NetCool and related IBM Tivoli software, Nagios and other monitoring tools.

The candidate is expected to drive resolution of complex Incidents / Events, work with problem managers for incident investigation and RCAs.
