Lead the Business Support Team and be the intermediary with country and regional leaders to use new tools and develop new views and reports for decision making.
Carry out the service of projects and support demands directed to the T&Q team.
Conduct requirements gathering with the T&Q country / regional leads.
Ensure that your team's activities are carried out such as :
Elaboration and functional and technical specifications with a focus on BI.
Generate reports and extracts.
Create maintenance on multidimensional cubes.
Create and managerial strategic DashBoards in Data Studio, SQL Server, Big Query, Microsoft SSIS.
Experience in projects for the T&Q area. Experience in Python, Power BI and in large projects
Key Accountabilities :
Participates in the action and strategic planning process that establishes annual objectives and goals for the department
Manage the experts team providing coach and feedback monthly.
Participate of weekly / monthly meeting with regional and country leads.
Be the Capitan of the T&Q analytics and reporting processes.
Guarantee the accuracy of all processes
Provide climate actions to guarantee a work environment connected to the CNX values.
Guarantee that all Business support member are compliance with T&Q processes.
Provide BI and analytics for business purpose.
Provide forecast and budget analysis.
A Bachelor's degree Business Administration or Similar Degree field preferred
Minimum of three-year related experience in data analysis.
Experience in customer management programs : Avaya, Cisco, IEX, ICBM, etc.
Microsoft knowledge (Excel, Power Point and Word) - advanced.
Ability to develop macros in different programming languages (VBA, PHP, SQL, Python, etc.)
Ability to create dashboards using PBI, ClickView, etc.
Fluent English (at least 85% proficiency or C1) language. Other languages like Spanish / Portuguese are a plus.
