JOB SUMMARY
The coordinator, Global Supply Chain Management position will be responsible for administrative support relevant to global supply chain initiatives for Dwellworks Living Corporate Housing
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Work in partnership and alignment with other regional teams and support Director and Manager
Network Partner Agreements collection and tracking
Work with suppliers and Accounts Payable regarding supplier payment escalations
Work with suppliers and internal teams regarding supplier service escalations
Reports : Assist with supplier scoring / weighting / rating / tier program; supplier dashboards and ad-hoc reporting needs
Assist in maintaining Siebel Supply Chain Tab upload agreements, activities, etc.
RFI / RFP rate requests & estimates
Epic / RFH supplier administration, Siebel updates
Supplier property profiles Corporate Housing redesign support
Work in partnership and alignment with other regional teams
