Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide expertise in the planning, constructing and execution of test scripts.
  • Apply business and functional knowledge including testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology to meet the team s overall test objectives.
  • Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
  • Track defects to closure and keep defect repository up to date.
  • Cloud implementation with Workfront for delivery clients.

    Required Experience

  • Advanced English written and spoken.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience as a QA Analyst.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in process design or documentation.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience using a workflow management system Workfront preferred.
  • Strong project planning and management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze, design and improve business processes.
  • Strong communication skills and presence an ability to prepare succinct, structured, and relevant messages to business leaders.

  • Lead client meetings, provide demos, and give training sessions to clients and users.
  • Good listening skills and an ability to ask questions to uncover issues with stakeholders of varying levels.
  • Demonstrated leadership and collaboration in a professional setting.
  • Ability to work independently and to initiate the development of internal standards and guidelines.
  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively in a matrix environment.
  • Ability to travel up if needed according to the client implementation request.
  • Ability to manage and implement internal initiative projects.
