TTEC Digital is seeking a Voice Architect with Oracle SBC and Cisco CUBE to join our Cloud Acceleration Team. This is a remote, telecommuting opportunity based in the US.

As part of our Cloud Acceleration Team, you will work with our Hosted Collaboration Solutions division supporting Cloud based enterprise environments and will have exposure to virtualization software, SAN infrastructure, and datacenter networking.

TTEC is seeking a Voice Architect with Oracle SBC and Cisco CUBE expertise to join our Technology Services team. This is a telecommuting opportunity.

What you’ll be doing :

  • Project team member involved in the design and deployment of full-life cycle Oracle and Cisco Session Border Controllers
  • Perform analysis and diagnosis of complex voice network issues
  • Work and collaborate with project teams consisting of TTEC’s Professional Services staff, client resources, contract resources and 3rd party vendors.
  • Provide consistent and frequent project status updates and project issues to assigned TTEC Project Managers
  • May be required to perform other related duties / projects as assigned.
  • What skills you’ll need :

  • 5+ years designing, deploying, installing and configuring enterprise voice solutions
  • Oracle Session Border Controller
  • Oracle Session Delivery Manager
  • Oracle Enterprise Operations Manager
  • SIP Header Manipulation Rules
  • String Manipulations for HMR / LRT
  • Configuring / Managing Local Route Tables (LRT)
  • Cisco Unified Border Element
  • Cisco Voice Gateways
  • Strong experience configuring and troubleshooting SIP
  • Prior experience deploying and administering large enterprise voice infrastructure
  • Adherence to Change Control Policies
  • Bandwidth modeling in VoIP environments
  • Excellent documentation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to obtain Security clearance
