The Global Integrated Services organization is currently built by 100+ people between our regular workforce and our contingent workers with presence in 11 countries across the globe.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to :

Responsible for the execution of specific Human Resources (HR) business processes within the scope of Global Integrated Services (GIS).

Work closely with other members of the organization in day to day operations and in identifying ways in which GIS can improve process and customer experience while interacting with an end to end mindset and global environment.

Execute complex HR data transactions.

Proactively, monitor and follow up with manager and / or Business Analyst any changes to volume, complexity, cadence etc.

Lead root cause analysis, containment, recommendations and resolution of quality issues.

Collaborate with processes Integrators by providing data, background, etc. in case an investigation is open for the respective process / area.

Provide an excellent service within the goals and standards defined by the area.

Execution of the controls implemented to ensure the quality in the daily work.

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork / classes / research.

Minimum Requirements :

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's or Licenciatura degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineer or related career.

Intermediate knowledge or experience in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Advanced English level.

6+ months of administrative support and / or customer service experience.

Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Must be willing to work at least 30 hours per week.
