Aim high. Dream big. At Hangar, we see no limits to where you can be in your career. We are looking for a Senior Data Strategist is a versatile and flexible analytics resource who constantly balances using his or her significant experience with the need to learn anew.
The Senior Data Strategist has his or her hands deep in the work, and usually handles the most complex day-to-day tasks the team executes while at the same time giving technical and career guidance to his or her more junior associates.
By this time in her career, the Senior Data Strategist has mastered the mechanics of platforms such as Adobe Analytics, DCM or other similar ones and is actively developing ways to do more sophisticated analysis with the data itself.
She is invaluable to her colleagues in Data Science and Data Engineering because she has the best understanding of the tactical quirks in data that may affect its interpretation.
Experience has taught you what works. With your extensive knowledge you will :
Classify content and actions across various different customer sites, making them specific enough for valuable analysis but allowing for enough abstraction to scale
Implement tracking tags
Identify opportunities for the collection of valuable information and configure tags to track it
Maintain and update relevant documentation
Enforce data integrity across various organizations
Streamline data ingestion processes for ease of analysis and reporting
Identify opportunities to enhance existing statistical analysis or activate personalization capabilities
Maintain a well-organized approach to a variety of projects and ensure on-time delivery.
Attend meetings over video-conference during the day, potentially scheduled at short notice
Keep in touch with the rest of the team through email and slack throughout the day
Own Marketing Science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives
Design, build and automate analyses, reports, dashboards and other deliverables
Define, implement and validate tracking tags / codes across multiple digital platforms
Assist in the ideation, development and analysis of A / B and multivariate testing
Assist in the ideation, development and execution of measurement strategies and frameworks
Communicate complex analysis findings in an effective, easy to understand manner
Gather data through various third-party platforms and ensure compliance with data governance protocols
Manage multiple deliverables and ability to seamless transition among them
Consistently collaborate with others to provide support, share skills, and learn more
Work closely with, and mentor, associate analysts
What are we looking for? Besides a great attitude
You must have :
3 years’ experience working with either Adobe Analytics
2+ years working with tag management tools such as GTM or DTM
2+ in client facing roles
1-year experience working with Python, R, or other relevant programming language
1-year experience using data visualization software
Proven ability to work effectively with local and offshore teams, staying in close communication and showing a high degree of responsiveness
Thorough understanding of statistical concepts for analysis, as well as advanced analysis methods (e.g. regression, ML, etc.)
Fluency in English (written and spoken), B2 or above
Certification any web-based tool used by an account (e.g. Adobe Analytics)
Most coursework towards a bachelor’s degree
