Having a broad knowledge of OTC processes such as Cash Apps, Collections, Rebates and Credit Risk Management. Experience using technologies to gain process efficiencies is an advantage for this role.

SKILLS - THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACYMore than 5 years working in OTC people manager roles.Proven experience building business relationships with all levels of the organizationExperience managing teams performing different business processes.
Administrative tasks such as leading weekly meetings with key partners in a variety of regions / cultures, in charge of improvement plans, disciplinary actions, hiring and dismissal process.
Full understanding of the OTC operation and its relationship with other company departments such as the commercial team, legal depart, Audit and other finances areas.
