Job Purpose

What does a great Implementation group do?

  • Elicit and capture the technical requirements of Risk & Compliance clients.
  • Serve as the Technical Lead through the life cycle of projects.
  • Play a vital role in the success of the business unit profitability by lending advice, experience and mentorship.
  • Participate in the installation of the solution at the client site.
  • Consistently participate in the evaluation of new / existing staff, staffing levels and management planning when called upon by management.
  • Essential Job Responsibilities :

  • You are going to analyzing and discussing business and technical topics with both technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Exhibits creativity in identifying and implementing solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Capable of understanding situations that are less than fully defined and detailed, exhibiting the ability to bring clarity to ambiguous situations.
  • Improving procedures and processes required for the effective implementation of projects.
  • Lead and guide a collaborative spirit with team members and clients from various cultures and regions of the world.
  • Work under significant project pressure and meet internal and external deadlines.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or similar discipline; Relevant, equivalent work experience may be substituted for degree requirement.
  • 3+ years’ of experience in technology related projects.
  • 3+ years’ hands-on experience in maintaining and managing Windows Server within a domain environment, with proven recent experience in Windows 2012 and Windows 2016.
  • Intermediate skill in Oracle 11g and 12c, including PL / SQL.
  • Experience in SQL Server 2012R2, 2014 and 2016, ability to understand T-SQL and to run queries.
  • Knowledge in following J2EE Application Servers : JBoss, WebSphere or WebLogic or Tomcat
  • Strong verbal communication skills, displaying a solid grasp of diplomacy and how to utilize communication style, temperament, tone, etc.
  • internally and externally.

  • English level B2
  • Preferred Skills and Knowledge :

  • Flexible to work in shifts
  • ServiceNow knowledge is a plus
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multi-task
  • VB, C#, OnBase Certifications, Windows Server, SQL certification will be a plus
  • Experience in other server platforms such as Linux, AIX or UNIX a plus.
  • Previous experience with IIS, Apache or IHS Web Servers a plus.
  • Knowledge of computer hardware and storage technologies a plus.
  • Experience with Fiserv’s Accurate or Frontier product a plus.
  • Travel required :
