What You’ll Do

Developing application or business specific approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, and deployment. Coordinating and performing in-depth tests, including creating and executing test plans.

Understanding, interpreting and documenting process requirements and changes. Contributing to the various project development stages from design to release.

Meeting with decision-makers, system owners, and end users to define business and process requirements and system goals.

Translating business requirements into efficient and effective solutions. Creating necessary documentation systems models, specifications, process maps, diagrams, and charts.

Interfacing on an as-needed basis with internal / external clients and vendors as a subject matter expert relating to CRM applications.

Handling production system tickets. Being responsible for troubleshooting, researching system issues, problem resolution, and managing and executing needed changes in configuration.


Degree in Engineering, Business or Management Information System (MIS) from a four-year college or university.

Minimum 2 years of experience with software design, development and architecture with an Enterprise-level CRM application such as SAP CRM, Salesforce.

com, Microsoft Dynamics or equivalent.

2 years of experience in one or more programming languages (such as .NET framework, C#, Apex, Java, JQuery, JavaScript, XML, XSLT, ABAP, etc.

and relational databases (such as SQL Server, Oracle, etc.).

English Proficiency (BELT B2 or higher)

Extra Points for any of the Following

Experience analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical requirements.

Experience and understanding of implementation methodologies (such as Agile, Waterfall).

Understanding of core business processes. Functional knowledge of CRM-related processes including, but not limited to, Account Management, Contact Management, Activity Management, Lead / Opportunity Management, Service Ticket Management is a plus.

Salesforce Certified or any CRM certification
