The successful candidate will possess a demonstrated ability to independently perform administration and engineering of various Vulnerability Management products, Qualys, Tanium, InsightVM, compliance with security requirements as well as participate in incident investigation and resolution, projects, functionality and rule testing, upgrades and enhancements for Vulnerability Management technical infrastructures.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Provide triage, resolution and technical support to Experian internal clients
Resolve incidents based on mutually agreed SLA, severity and priority
Meet or exceed GSO SLA requirements of internal stakeholders
Quickly reply to queries regarding issues
Able to test and replicate issue and trace cause of the problem
Isolate issues and agent / scan specific problems
Support, patch and upgrades including external dependencies i.e. Oracle DB, NWK switches etc.
Participate in team meetings
Participate in client / internal audit meetings as VM SME
Maintain Issue and Incident Knowledgebase
Comply with Experian change and incident management processes utilizing Service Now
Support and contribute to process improvement initiatives for VM platforms
Provide direct support of VM products e.g. Qualys, Tanium, Rapid7
Coordinate with other organizations and manufacturer support (Qualys, Tanium Rapid7)
Develop and implement automation and monitoring to improve system availability and supportability *Education and / or Work Experience Requirements :
5 years of experience in information security
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field or equivalent experience.
Previous Vulnerability, Configuration Benchmark experience required.
Windows and Linux support experience highly preferred.
CISSP or equivalent certification preferred.
Demonstrated and hands on experience with, VM technologies
Network troubleshooting experience required
Experience writing Procedure / Process documentation
Deploy, configure and administer; Qualys, Rapid7, Tanium.
Assist in the operational and performance issues related to VM infrastructure and applications
Provide recommendations and implement changes to optimize VM products
Test and analyze develop custom scripts, programs as needed
Understanding of cloud / SaaS environments
Proven previous job stability, including maintaining long-term work relationships with former employers
Must be able to clear the company's pre-employment screening *Personal Skills
