Managing PDK enablement, both Custom Analog and Digital, from earliest PDK versions through tool certification and specific application-specific reference flows to ensure Foundry preference for Cadence solutions
Responsible for organizing and monitoring the work of project staff, working collaboratively with technical leads, and ensuring completion of the project goals on schedule in sync with Foundry PDK milestones
Work with R&D to help drive Custom, RF, Digital and Complex IC Package System-Level EDA tool enhancements to drive improved performance with unique foundry node features
Drive Cadence usage to result in proven Foundry silicon results through testchips including complex 3D-IC and chiplet packaging and wafer-level and IC-package-level testing
Work with Cadence Design IP teams to develop Foundry IP strategy and implementation
Interface with Foundry Account teams to ensure Foundry strategy and development syncs with and maximizes IDM success
Coordinate foundry enablement projects with both R&D and Account teams for Key Customer Engagements within WFO to ensure competitive advantage
Drive Foundry Ecosystem engagements with IP Partners such as ARM to leverage three-way collaborations to maximize value to Cadence
Work with EDA Product Marketing and Outbound MarComm teams on programs / campaigns to communicate Foundry ecosystem success to maximize customer uptake of Cadence foundry solutions
Work with R&D to help drive strategic Custom, RF, Digital & Complex IC Package system level EDA reference flow collaborations with foundry & key mutual customers
Drive technical review meetings (TRM) & Managements meetings (MRM) between foundry & CDNS’s management on yearly bases
Work with EDA Product Marketing and Outbound MarComm teams on programs / campaigns to communicate Foundry ecosystem success to maximize customer uptake of Cadence foundry solutionsDrive foundry / CDNS involvement in joint promotions ie : CDNLIve, DAC, & Foundry events with Press releases, joint papers & presentations
