To support the success of this growth, we are looking for an executive to report to our SVP and CIO, Cindy Stoddard, who will be responsible for leading a large global Reliability Engineering team to partner cross-functionally across Adobe’s product groups to enable Adobe teams to deliver reliable products that inspire exceptional customer confidence and internal services to power Adobe’s business.

We do this by providing best in class observability, tools, processes, and insights to enable an exceptional customer experience.

What You’ll Do :

This executive will be an exceptional operational and strategic leader who will drive a services-focused organization and instill operational excellence across a complex portfolio of services.

The organization is a globally distributed reliability engineering team responsible for the following :

  • Customer Reliability Engineering
  • SRE Products & Platforms
  • SRE Engineering Tooling Support
  • Operational Excellence

  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of driving engagement and performance at all levels. Ability to inspire and drive the team to achieve aggressive goals.
  • Will have a strategic mentality and approach, backed by operational rigor.
  • The ability to lead both at the strategic level as well as the operational; an ability to go deep into the details as needed
  • Experience working with business stakeholders to proactively define business and systems requirements, including leading new technology implementations.
  • A mindset of driving always-on services, continuous improvement, and efficiency into ongoing standards of operations
  • A hands-on, lead from the front approach and a comfort level shifting between high level strategy and detailed involvement with pressing tactical issues.
  • A collaborative, proactive approach to working with internal and external stakeholders to develop business and system requirements.
  • A service-oriented methodology for delivering successful technology implementations across the business, including thoughtful change management.
  • An always on’ mindset with a focus on seamless, uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Stellar financial and operational acumen, with a track record of using transparent metrics and well-defined processes to drive more reliable services, less impact to customers.
