You support our team as
Provide continuous improvement and support of SAP use for business working with IT partners to develop solutions based on business requirements and maximizing standard or customized functionality.
Lead teams in the analysis, design, development, and implementation (set-up, testing, support, training, and enhancements) of SAP and digitizing applications.
Responsible for documentation of business requirements, test use cases, testing, training materials, and update / creation of application documentation for changes.
Excellent soft skills, interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with business people, at all levels, and third parties.
Maintain software validation status of SAP.
International travel required
Eastern Time zone working hours required. With flexibility to work other hours as projects require.
Work from home office, in Costa Rica.
Bachelor’s degree in a related business field or equivalent Business Administration degree.
Minimum 5 year SAP user with a super user level knowledge of SAP software, emphasis on QM / MM / PP.
Minimum 5 years experience with manufacturing operations and business processes.
Experience with QMS such as ISO 9001 or ISO 13485 and software validation.
Strong interpersonal, oral and written in English communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers and vendors
Intermediate level abilities in TEAMs, SharePoint, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, and Word.
Project management skills; proven ability to manage multiple tasks to conclusion, on time and without compromise to quality of work output.
Proven ability to communicate optimally to both technical and non-technical audiences in written and non-written format.
Business acuity : Identify stakeholders, business problems, business objectives while accounting for the impact across other business functions and systems.
