JOB SUMMARY :
This position will support the planning, organizing, directing, and controlling human resources activities in each shift.
Provides on-site customer service, counseling and promotes a positive morale and reliable services to all our associates.

Coordinate and Manage Employee Activities
Manage Disciplinary procedure
Generate PCN - Personnel Change Notice
Internal promotions and transfers administration
Manage and coach attendance and absenteeism cases
Manage employee conflicts & claims
Planning HR Audits
Promote a good work environment
Manage Recognition Programs
Training audit compliance requirements
Any other task assigned by direct leadership
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Five to seven years minimum experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment with knowledge and experience in the following :
Talent Acquisition Management
Employment Performance Management
Benefits and Compensation Administration
Experience in problem solving and decision making.
Proven leadership and planning skills.
Good interpersonal and leadership skills.
Excellent oral / written communication skills in both English and Spanish are a must.
Teamwork and service oriented.
Willing to travel.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Needs to walk, stand, use hands to finger, handle, or feel; sit and reach with arms; lift and / or move up to 50 pounds; requires close vision.
Utilizes reading, writing, speaking skills, analytical capacity and judgement to solve problems.
Applies communications skills to perform work and speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations.
Incumbent could be exposed to fumes of chemicals
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or related field is required.
