This role reports to theQuality leadership team, working closely with all levels of management withinthe CIS organization.

Study operations sequence, material flow, functional statements, organization charts, and project information to determine optimal worker functions and responsibilities.
Apply statistical methods and perform calculations to determine best in class processes, staff requirements, and production standards.
Coordinate quality control objectives and activities to resolve production problems, maximize product reliability, and minimize cost.
Estimate production cost and effect of product design changes for management review, action, and control.
Evaluate precision and accuracy of production and testing procedures to formulate corrective action plan.
Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished product.
Facilitating the development and implementation of business initiatives and projects, based on management objectives.
Experience developing & maintaining metrics (KPIs) dashboard.
Experience in analyzingdata to draw business-relevant conclusions, identify projects for improvementsin quality, throughput, etc.
Think strategically by identifying business function opportunities. Measure adoption and work with business leadership to develop future roadmap and opportunities.
Identify, drive and integrate internal customers improvement opportunities roadmaps and priorities to Salesforce Order Management System.
Design, develop and run process improvement workshops (Kaizen).
Partner withstakeholders to define objectives, align expectation, and ensure an end toend approach to process change and improvements.
Coach, guide and mentor analysts on project management best practices.
Establish, create, produce and report department metrics and analysis to the management team.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in similar roles
Strong continuousimprovement and analytical background (Kaizen, DMAIC, root cause analysis,etc.)
Demonstrated successcollaborating regionally / globally with offsite teams
Ability to understand needs from various internal stakeholders at a global, regional and country level to develop strategies based on such insights and needs.
Adaptability and flexibility to switch between projects and priorities if necessary.
Strong interpersonal and teaching skills with the ability to interact constructively with all functions and management levels.
Ability to communicate continues improvement initiates as abusiness contribution and value added

Project management experience
Experience with MS Exceland data visualization techniques and tools (Tableau, Power BI)
Knowledgeable / Experiencewith Salesforce is a plus
Strong knowledge on SixSigma & Traditional PM.
