Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Responsible to Import- domestics and export coordination.
You are responsible for
Draw up & maintain the transportation coordination for finished products and Raw Materials on a daily basics.
Coordinate the transportation, documentation and customs operations within the organization while maintaining cost effective balance between customer service level and transportation costs, pricing with the carriers.
Obtain and analyze data from the transport system and to formulate adjustments to the schedules and To design, based upon analyses, adjustments to his
Transportation schedules for imports.
To coordinate activities for inbound and outbound process like coordination between buyers, internal customers, carriers and material handlers.
To support compliance activities with both US and CR government regulations and programs as they relate to inventory control and shipments (FDA, IATA, Procomer, customs, ICD etc.).
Creates monthly and weekly reports like a follow shipments, freight cost and department metrics.
To attended directly KPIS, SOP, Claims and others situations with the different carriers.
To process customs documents like translations and prepare reports for outbound and inbound process.
As necessary, performs other duties as required.
