Organize and facilitate Sales Forecast reviews. Partner with Sales, Business Unit Marketing and Finance to establish Customer Demand on Weekly and Monthly cadences
Manage Demand and Sample Allocations for NPI projects
Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to monitor Supply and Demand
Support activities through order fulfillment by means of collaboration with Planning, Customer Service, Sales, Engineering and Warehouse teams
Work with Business Process and IT teams to develop enhancements to systems, tools and processes

6+ years in the following areas required : Sales Operations, Business Operations / Analysis, Demand Planning, Supply Chain / Planning
Experience with Excel data analysis, reporting and modeling (Vlookup, Pivot Tables)
Experience with Oracle ERP
Bachelor’s Degree with Business, Finance or Engineering related focus
Semiconductor industry experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong leadership and managerial skills
Experience working with global teams
Experience with Oracle Demantra, Kinaxis RapidResponse, Tableau, Qlikview
Detail oriented with an aptitude for analytical work
Ability to collaborate and problem-solve
