The Opportunity :
Are you a Marketo expert? Do you obsess about the customer? Love all things marketing? As the Demand Generation Manager in Adobe's Digital Experience business unit, you will own, build, and optimize sophisticated programs to support demand generation efforts while maintaining an excellent customer experience.
We're looking for an adaptable and self-starting teammate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, and a high bar for operational excellence.
You will have an abundance of technology, data, and cross-functional expertise at your repertoire to achieve success.

Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $84,700 - $110,000
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
