The Opportunity :

Are you a Marketo expert? Do you obsess about the customer? Love all things marketing? As the Demand Generation Manager in Adobe's Digital Experience business unit, you will own, build, and optimize sophisticated programs to support demand generation efforts while maintaining an excellent customer experience.

We're looking for an adaptable and self-starting teammate with excellent written and verbal communication skills, keen attention to detail, ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment, and a high bar for operational excellence.

You will have an abundance of technology, data, and cross-functional expertise at your repertoire to achieve success.

What You’ll Do :

  • Use Marketo daily to build and launch sophisticated automation programs across multiple Marketo instances and martech systems.
  • Analyze, communicate, and present results of marketing campaigns. Form insights to optimize programs and take action!
  • Be a database whisperer. Own audience targeting and segmentation, and collaborate across business units on campaign planning and the email send calendar.
  • Understand the sales process and align closely with business development teams to support changing business needs. Ensure demand programs deliver impact at different stages of the sales cycle to support pipeline creation and progression.
  • Drive email strategy and optimize performance of the email channel using creative assets, copy, personalization, calls-to-action, content, and automation.
  • Bring innovative demand generation ideas to life by adopting a test-and-learn mentality and using data-driven story-telling to influence internal customers.
  • Requirements :

  • Marketo certification required
  • Bachelor’s degree, with an emphasis in business, marketing, or related field.
  • 3+ years in B2B marketing with experience in owning, developing, and optimizing nurture programs using marketing automation technology.
  • Intermediate to advanced email marketing experience, with an affinity for learning new technologies, products, and systems quickly.
  • Robust analytical skills can digest large amounts of data, identify significant trends, ask the most important questions, and take action.
  • Experience navigating through a large-scale enterprise and thrives on cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exceptional ability to juggle multiple tasks, drive projects to completion, gain buy-in from stakeholders, and prioritize work to deliver to goals.
  • Ability to be flexible to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Passion for demand generation and marketing automation.
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $84,700 - $110,000

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
