Prepares and analyzes ad hoc reports, and provides summaries of data. Works on special projects as directed.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Required :
Manages raw data and prepares it for analysis. Clean data and prepare it for reporting and dashboards
Design, build and maintain Dashboards in Tableau / Power BI
Design, build and maintain PoweApps applications and Sharepoint Lists
Update and maintain excel reports
Prepare Adhoc reports for business stakeholders
Weekly update of reporting and dashboards
Data analysis based on recent POS DATA and historical data
Provide support to business goals and metrics
Propose areas of improvement for data collecting and analytics
Maintain control of data assets
Streamline of manual processes
Maintains systems applications, including managing users, profiles, account access, security, and troubleshooting issues
Works with models for analyzing changes / opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues
Tests and maintains management reports
Compiles and loads data received from other departments utilizing spreadsheet and database applications
Assists in preparation for management reviews as needed
Maintains management reports
Coordinates robust testing plans for new enhancements
Develops basic / intermediate models for analyzing new business opportunities, efficiency initiatives, or other business issues

Qualifications, Required Knowledge Skills & Abilities and Working Conditions :
Ability to pull reports from multiple systems such as : Excel, Access, Sharepoint, PowerApps, Salesforce
Experience working with : Sharepoint, Power BI and Salesforce is required
Ability to provide clear insights of the business based on data analysis
Domain knowledge in business development, Channel Sales, and Distribution
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Possesses strong organizational and time management skills, driving tasks to completion
Able to be diplomatic when handling calls / correspondence for Management
Able to assimilate research data from a variety of sources, analyze, and recommend appropriate courses of action to take
Able to constructively work under stress and pressure when faced with high workloads and deadlines.
Able to create and conduct formal presentations
Able to adjust readily to change and adapt as needed
