Main Objective of the Position

Execute of Credit and Collections (C2C) activities such as Customer Service, Troubleshooting, Reporting to accomplish high standard performance.

Follow up of all activities under scope, ensuring all entries into the ERP systems are complete and accurate.

Formal Education (finalized)

High School Diploma

Minimum Experience Required

Little previous experience required 0 to 6 months.

What it does?

Supports the C&C processes for America s markets, applies TR leadership behavior principles.

Execute the processes within all policies, quality, Internal, External Control requirements.

Achieve all defined KPIs and SLA’s.

Support company activities, be a team player. Ensure customer issues are addressed and promote e-tools.

Constant communication with internal and external customers / clients.

Performs other duties & projects as assigned.
