Your team :
This role is part of the External Reporting Application Management organization which is a team with presence in Manila, Newcastle, Cincinnatiand San Jose.
What success looks like :
Develop SAP FI & Tax mastery through solutions delivered
Drive application management operational excellence and compliance
Deliver projects and continuous improvements successfully as part of well established SCRUM team
Key responsibilities
Proactively collaborate with the Product Owners, Scrum Master and Development team and provide technical input in all Scrum ceremonies
Lead the SAP development team through major technical design decisions with help from Technical Leaders and Architects
Ensure all technical standards are adhered to and followed across the entire build process
Govern our SAP solutions to ensure we deliver maximum value while meeting controls compliance requirements
Lead and deliver critical IT transformation and integration projects, while identifying innovation opportunities
Ensure the functional solution requirements are accurately translated to technical requirements
