Our team is responsible for several tools that help Intel employees create and collaborate on business content. We believe that our job is to make Intel more productive and provide the tools to enable that goal.
As a Collaboration Systems Engineer you will :
Identify improvement areas for existing solutions deployed around Microsoft 365 products such as SharePoint, Teams, Yammer, Power Apps, Power Automate, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Office client apps and Yammer.
Develop, advise, maintain, and administer Power Apps and Power Automate flows for end users.
Manage users email accounts, shared mailboxes, distribution lists, perform email migrations and maintain the email service from Exchange Online administration portal.
Support and administer OneDrive users accounts and client desktop application.
Facilitate and participate in Microsoft Office applications upgrades to keep the environment up to date with Microsoft's latest updates.
Deploy and support solutions that enforce company's security and governance policies in Microsoft 365.
Manage and control Microsoft 365 groups lifecycle and proper utilization.
Build and maintain infrastructure as needed to deliver success for a solution - Web services, data stores like Azure Blob and Azure SQL DB, integrations with APIs, etc.
Enhance the existing systems and participates in analysis, design, and new construction of the next generation of IT systems.
Collect information by creating and running PowerShell Scripts.
Provide Tier 5 level support in resolution of Microsoft 365 products' problems, from Development and Test environments through Pre-Production and Production environments.
Develop and maintain detailed and accurate documentation. Documentation may be required for operational procedures, troubleshooting aids, and technical analyses for products, features, and capabilities.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems as needed during testing and build cycles.
Maintain, tune, and patch systems for optimum performance and security and with no or minimal downtime.
Provide leadership and support for day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for any issues that arise with administered systems.
Ensure changes are planned and implemented in a sound, minimal risk manner, without creating system outages.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position :
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information science, engineering, or related field OR equivalent 4 years' experience in addition to :
4+ years' experience in : IT collaboration systems specifically Microsoft 365 products, such us SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, Exchange Online, Power Platform environments, etc.
Working with Scripting (PowerShell)
6+ months developing and distributing Power Platform solutions (Canvas Apps, Power Automate Flows) and related technologies.
2+ years with management of Azure Active Directory objects.
Advanced English level
The following preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates :
Microsoft 365, Azure, or Power Platform Certifications
Utilized or implemented solutions that integrate with Microsoft APIs such as Graph API or SharePoint REST API.
Experience with the integration of Microsoft Azure applications and other Microsoft 365 products through API permissions.
Experience in Exchange and SharePoint migration related projects.
Experience with Agile methodologies and processes used in designing, developing, testing, implementing, and optimizing web applications.
