Position Purpose :

Fiserv Global Services requires a solid and experienced leader, who can work across Fiserv Divisions to deliver services and provide cutting edge solutions on areas such as : Product Engineering, Modernization, Implementation, Dev Ops, Integration, Release Management, Deployment and related software practices.

The candidate should have good knowledge of the Banking industry and its needs for technology, and also capabilities to strategize, develop and implement solutions for business challenges.

Business Description :

This person plays a leadership role in developing relationships and providing strategic direction to its delivery teams, clients and business partners.

This individual should assume the role of the client / partner trusted advisor and drives innovative strategies to improve business performance.

Essential Job Responsibilities :

Manage various Delivery Teams

Define and execute strategies to develop and expand teams with clear business drivers and value generation

Develop solution Innovation and new offering

Rapid prototyping and POC creation

Build and lead effective teams, which typically include people from different disciplines.

Drive teamwork and collaboration by actively supporting team members and high potential colleagues. Develop people’s capability.

Lead and support projects that enable client’s strategy and long-term priorities.

Define clear success criteria for each team, including standards KPIs.

Establish the mechanism to collect and report results. Track progress and ensuring adherence to plans and goals

Provide consultancy on technology and best practices, including design of solutions and implementation plan

Deliver to time, cost and quality consistently across projects

Required Qualifications :

Education : Bachelor on Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management or IT.

10+ yrs. of management experience and leadership

Proven experience managing 50+ associates organization

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Digital transformation experience

Master Degree

PMP Certified

Six Sigma Certifications

Strong analytical, problem solving

Travel requirements : On business needs. May vary over time, generally low.
