Responsible for evaluating credit worthiness and outstanding credit based on agreed upon client criteria and in accordance with DTPs
Analyses paying habits of customers who are delinquent in payment of bills and recommends action to resolve credit problems
Reviews and analyses customer financial information to select delinquent accounts for collection efforts
Confers with representatives of credit associations and other businesses to exchange information concerning credit ratings
Resolve customer queries and complaints related to verification of inaccurate charges and or correct errors in accounts
Performs credit reviews for existing new customers and work with Collection Group to achieve monthly target
Complies with all client published policies procedures and any legal regulatory requirements in addition to ensuring that Client s Service Level Agreement is met
Prepare credit performance report
Reliable, proactive approach to entrusted tasks. Thinking outside the box is a plus
Adherence to client s policies and procedures
Bachelor s degree preferred in areas of Accounting or Administration Minimum 2 years experience in Order to Cash Processes Financial Statement analysis skills required eg well versed in comprehending company financials structure profile, etc.
Above Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency especially MS Excel Lookup Reference along with Financial Formulas Accuracy in the completion of received tasks Ability to solve complex urgent matters in a timely manner and work under pressure Adaptable to learn new processes, concepts, and skills Demonstrates the ability to work as part of a team Able to work under time pressure, able to prioritise workload and meet strict deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills Positive attitude and flexible, especially in the period of month quarter year end closing Flexibility, especially in the period of month quarter year end closing Client industry experience a plus Moderate to no travel depending on project involvement Overtime and On Call may be required Local holidays are observed
