Software Asset Manager
In capacity of this role, the individual will drive up maturity of Software Compliance in the entire P&G Enterprise, specifically in software authorization and enforcement through industry-leading technology, balancing business need with the evolving risks.
The SW Asset Compliance Manager will work on developing tool policies to enable effective enforcement, integrating with a software vetting process and catalog that will be matured in parallel.
Will own digital tools used to discover Software installed on all endpoint devices across the company. Also coordinate the Software Asset Management (SAM) Program including frequent communication with leaders of key stakeholder domains such as Purchasing, InfoSec, ITS, Product Supply and several others, who form the SAM board.

Software Compliance Process Flow mature the vetting process for so called off-the-shelf software in a way that balances risk and business need.
Design and implement automation to achieve faster turnaround in this compliance procedure.
Software Catalog Drive the structure for the SW Catalog, working with SW Asset Owners from different organizations and vendor partners to ensure data quality.
Coordinates SAM program
Prepares, executes, and leads SAM Board engagements
SW discovery capabilities are deployed and remain functional in Cloud, personal computing, DXC, Interstate and other hosting platforms and services
