The opportunity :

Adobe’s Experience Cloud is our end-to-end suite of products that let businesses personalize each and every customer experience, across the whole journey at any scale.

Our Digital Foundations team specializes in the product suite specializing in content management, data and insights. Adobe’s BDR function plays a critical role in creating well-qualified pipeline for Field Sales.

You will lead a team of Front-Line Managers of BDRs to consistently hit their monthly pipeline targets. You’ll have direct access to Field Marketing, enablement resources committed to your team’s success, and Sales leadership to help align and develop your business.

You own hiring top BDR and Management talent, employee development, and day-to-day operations to ensure efficiencies around inbound lead flow engagement and targeted out-bounding efforts.

What you'll do :

  • Lead the teams who create qualified pipeline and ensure quality controls to improve revenue conversion.
  • Partner with Management to drive strategic direction and alignment with Marketing and Sales.
  • Drive fast employee onboarding of sales development professionals focused on outbound prospecting into researched accounts and inbound lead management with emphasis on personalization across multiple products.
  • Collaborate and drive improvements / efficiencies with Demand Gen, Partner, Enablement and Sales
  • Responsible for coordinating front line solution / product training and inspecting on adoption and execution
  • Responsible for reporting and presenting to Sales Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, and upper Management on forecasts, critical metrics, and overall team performance
  • Develop a Best in Class BDR org that is setting the standard for quality pipeline creation
  • What you need to succeed :

  • Passion, Grit and a desire to WIN!
  • 2-5 years of Management experience in Sales or Business Development with a track record of success
  • An affinity for solving complex problems and rising to a challenge
  • Experience with lead generation, territory management, and cold prospecting
  • Experience with B2B customer buying cycles and how to build interest with executive leadership
  • Focus on career development of your individual team members, helping position them for career advancement
  • Ability to innovate within a growing business unit
  • Understanding of CRM systems (SFDC, Dynamics a plus)
  • Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.

    Colorado Starting Salary : $156,800 - $203,600

    At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.

    Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

    In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
