Responsible for providing support and managing inventory for the Orthopedics Sales Orders for the US Territory.
Provide information via e-mail or phone interactions regarding inventory levels, stock transfers, inventory adjustments.
Effectively manage loaner availability and refer company representatives accordingly. Process billing, allocation, pricing, and replenishment blocks per the departmental requirements.
Work consistently and dynamically in a team nurtured, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment.
Processing of billing orders in SAP.

Ability to support and troubleshoot SAP, MGW Tools effectively.
Manage and refer the Orthopedics Loaner Pool when warranted.

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years of college education.
1-4+ years of experience in customer service supporting internal / external customers.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Strong attention to accuracy and details. Clear understanding of current business, email and telephone protocols.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
Must have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
Competent use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel are required.
Experience using SAP would be a plus
