In this role of Technology Analyst you will Validate and implement support activities in line with the project requirement, project monitoring, service level management and reporting, documentation.
Ensure project level compliance, participate in Knowledge Acquisition and Management sessions and assist SLA adherence and monitoring with highest levels of service commitments to the clients in the IT Support and Operations area.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
