The Opportunity
Adobe’s Digital Experience Customer Success Group for the Americas is looking for a skilled, experienced communications leader who will develop a team of professionals responsible for our customer content strategy and digital engagement operations.
This team works to provide scaled outreach to our existing customers with informative, strategic guidance and to deliver digital experiences along the customer journey.
Responsible for engagement with customers across the entire DX suite of products, such as Adobe Commerce, Adobe Marketo Engage, Adobe Analytics, and more, we work closely with leaders from across the organization to guide the team in its mission to synthesize and share knowledge that will help our customers succeed.
A key trait of the successful candidate will be the ability to evangelize communications that are clear, engaging, scaled, and always customer-focused.

What You'll Do
Leading on best practices in content journeys and customer experiences
Guiding content strategists to grow their craft and achieve new heights with compelling materials
Mentoring our digital engagement operations team to improve their efficacy and adopt new methods for outreach
Exploring new communications mediums in order to reach and engage audiences
Developing and executing long term customer engagement strategy
Analyzing data to identify new ways to approach our audience or understand our effectiveness
Utilizing tools such as Salesforce, Gainsight, Panorama, and the Adobe suite of products to improve the efficiency of the team
Auditing content and establishing a plan to leverage what’s working (and evolve what isn’t)
Collaborating with internal teams around the world to ensure crisp execution on integrated plans that involve PR, Social Media, Marketing, Partners, and Customer Success Managers
Taking responsibility for crises that require communications to our customers and field teams
What You Need to Succeed
7-10 years of experience in Communications, PR, Marketing, and / or Scaled Engagement
A track record of success in leading and growing talented teams
Experience in leading large scale content efforts, both in content development and delivery
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Creative and willing to try new approaches
Ability to create coalitions and internal agreement on your vision
An evangelist for data-first strategy and tactics
Cool when things go wrong and adept at crisis management
Willing to set, own, and deliver on audacious goals
Knowledgeable in commonly used platforms, such as Salesforce, Marketo Engage, Gainsight, etc.
Pursuant to the Colorado Fair Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado.
Colorado Starting Salary : $125,900 - $163,500
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
