You will design and develop learning offerings across a spectrum of formats.These will range from self-authored digital learning assets to live, in-
person learning programs. The scope and complexity of your design work will range from straightforward knowledge awareness assets to more sophisticated interactive skills application assets.
In this role you will be responsible for all stages of the design and development lifecycle, enforcing quality standards, and adhering to deadlines including stakeholder management for basic and intermediate designs.
Your stakeholder group will consist of senior learning leaders, subject matter experts and Partners.You'll create learning solutions across a variety of appropriate learning strategies including interactive facilitator-
led in-person learning, digital learning (including web-based and virtual class room training), performance support, and on-
the-job learning ensuring solutions meet the needs of learners.In doing so, you will apply adult learning principles and design learning solutions to address these needs in collaboration with stakeholders.
Your influencing skills will help you position your design advice with stakeholders who may not be familiar with alternative ways to build knowledge and skills.
You will be mentored by senior design experts to ensure performance objectives are realized in the learning, as well as have the opportunity to problem-
solve to resolve issues, risks, and quality challenges.You’ll also provide coordination and project management to ensure design project activities are completed on time and within budget.
