The B2B Experience & Product Engagement team (B2B-XE) is a new team that drives Product Led Growth (PLG) through compelling experiences & Product Engagement.
We use Qual and Quant data to drive business growth throughout the engagement journey by using all CC surfaces to build a cohesive, empathetic & connected ecosystem for Business customers.
The team is a passionate and entrepreneurial team that functions as a startup within Adobe, with a fun team culture, a bias to action, and a commitment to building the most delightful experiences for our Creative Cloud users.
What you'll Do
Work with Business leadership to identify key growth drivers and establish measurements for success.
Develop, execute and test growth experiments that have a significant impact on how users discover, activate and engage with Creative Cloud.
Report on performance and present your roadmap on a quarterly basis.
Bring users to experience core product value quickly and deliver measurable sustainable results across Adobe’s Creative Cloud business.
Drive teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives.
Master usage analytics, deep cohort analysis, support data, and marketing data to refine the testing strategy.
Regularly communicate with customers to identify customer needs and requirements. Synthesize findings into tests.

Self-starter and ability to persist, negotiate and reach across organizations.
Experience & Education :
5+ years of Product Management experience.
2+ years of experience working in Growth, A / B testing, or experimentation.
2+ years working with design teams to create compelling experiences that drive Customer & Business success.
Proven impact creating and completing initiatives (products, tests, etc.) to drive revenue and increase customer engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
Computer science degree or background preferred but not required.
