We implemented Workday globally in 2012 and we're leveraging Workday for all of our core HCM processes and initiatives (Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Absence, Talent, Performance, Onboarding, Mobile, Reporting, Analytics, Learning, and others.

and we're looking for you! We were the first Workday customer to deploy Canadian Payroll, UK Payroll, Ireland Benefits, and Recruiting! We develop people in a collaborative, global team environment with opportunities and experiences supporting a global organization on the move.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define requirements and architect Workday Integrations to meet client needs
  • Use various development tools and integration products such as Workday Studio and Cloud Connect
  • Act as a point of contact for the project / business user for delivery of Workday Integrations
  • Advise business users on multi-application solutions and technology landscape
  • Comprehend data integrations from point to point systems as well as wholistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
  • Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-
  • depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding
  • Has some latitude in decision-making - acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Provide knowledge and guidance to the development team
  • Role Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related area
  • 6+ years HR systems support experience - requirements gathering & analysis, configuration, troubleshooting, integration development
  • Strong interest in collaborative work with business users
  • Proven ability work within a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong understanding of HR Systems & Process (Workday)
  • Must exhibit strong security and confidentiality practices
  • Must thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritizing is necessary
