Dwellworks is searching for a Supply Chain Manager to join our Digital Content Development team.Leveraging strong partnerships with our supplier network, the position will focus on expanding and enhancing development of Dwellworks’ digital service content.
YOUR FOOTPRINT AT DWELLWORKS
As a Supply Chain Manager (Content Development), you will be responsible for curating content to support Dwellworks expanding global footprint.
You will communicate and collaborate with suppliers and associates in various locations to collect local insights and recommendations, while validating standard service delivery best practices.
The role will report into our Director, Supply Chain and will partner with our global supplier network, Marketing, Product Design, IT, GSC and Operations functions to align Dwellworks’ evolving value proposition and service experience.
WHAT YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH
Service Content Coordination (50%)
Partner with market experts globally to set expectations regarding digital content coordination projects and request specific service insights.
Gather and organize information in a consistent format to be applied to Dwellworks’ web-based operating system.
Develop and adapt templates to facilitate the content collection and improve operational efficiency.
Manage the accurate and complete input of data related to service content.
Project Management (20%) :
Actively partner with a wide range of global internal and external stakeholders to clearly communicate timelines, deliverables, and manage content reviews and editing cycles.
Manage all aspects of the evolving digital content management to support. process / service delivery enhancement, cost reduction, growth and achievement of strategic business objectives.
Drive and adhere to project deadlines, turn times, quality and volume.
Operational optimization (20%) :
Identify opportunities to streamline processes associated with content coordination, management, and development.
Manage the global tracking and reporting of content development progress.
Support the development of the platform experience by increasing the quality of the service content as well as the market reach.
Provide input regarding the design of new content and product initiatives.
Identify service content and platform initiatives that have the potential to drive supplier service efficiencies.
10% Ad-hoc Projects (10%)
Partner with Director to support high-impact, strategic initiatives

Your Skills and Abilities
Excellent English written and verbal skills (Additional Languages are a bonus)
