The work focuses on answering questions and processing transactions in HR systems from various contacts, including HR, Payroll, Managers and Employees.
As a member of the team, you are also responsible for providing training and communication to HR partners and Amazon employees to build consistency and encourage self-service.

People Soft - HRMS data management and support HR processes for North America regions
Operational knowledge of final pay requirements in US for terminations or prior experience in terminations processing for US
Responding timely and accurately to inquiries regarding policies and programs including benefits, attendance, job transfer, payroll deductions, etc.
Respond to document requests including termination agreements, employment verification / visa letters, and reporting requests from HR and Finance
Ensure the Service level are achieved at all times for HRS processes
Respond to questions from managers and HR.
Demonstrate the highest degree of discretion and confidentiality
Italian Language proficiency 90% - Reading / Writing is a must.
1+ year of HR experience or related studies or 2+ years of customer service experience.
MS Office experience.
Customer Service orientation with ability to serve multiple customers (managers, HRBPs, payroll).
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
Outstanding interpersonal skills : must display patience, humor and helpfulness at all times-front line contact for employee issues.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Detailed oriented and excellent organizational skills : accuracy is essential.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, analytical and critical thinking skills.
Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently or escalate when necessary-sense of accountability and sound personal judgment.
Experience in HR transactional processes.
