Role Description :
Neustar Automations and Tools team needs another super smart Associate DevOps Engineer in our environment to continue to grow and scale.
You will be a member of an agile engineering team working to solve real customer problems and building top tier solutions.
In this role, you will help build, support, and maintain CI / CD deployments and will be responsible for ensuring that the applications can be successfully built and working all the time in all the environments.
Working on integration between the systems we support and other operations teams. This person needs to have minimum 1 years of Software integration implementation knowledge and leveraging automation of software patch and build management and enhancing existing processes to improve them continuously.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated DevOps engineer with a passion for containerized services and systems automation.
This role will also include the day to day management of enterprise tools sets such as Jira, Confluence, Resolve Systems, and other open source tool sets.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Troubleshoot issues across the entire stack.Build automation and monitoring to help prevent problem recurrence.
Design, develop and support all high-quality software updates to Test (QA / Staging- UAT / Production)Ensure required documentation is created / stored related to code / configuration changes.
Coordinate efforts for all builds requests for all platforms.Be the point person for POC of new software, emerging open source technologies, and intake of existing tool setsWeb Services integrations between the systems we support and other systems throughout the companyConduct DevOps tools research, evaluations, POCs, installation, configuration, and trainingAWS infrastructure support
