The Opportunity

As a Software Engineer in ATS (Adobe Technical Services), you'll design, build and support solutions serving global, sales, and customer success management teams on Microsoft Dynamics and other leading cloud and on-premise platforms.

You'll work on unique enterprise problems in a large, complex environment managing millions of records and daily transactions.

While working on a full stack of technologies, you'll have an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our business customers.

What you’ll do

  • Build world-class technological solutions, adhere to engineering development standards, and meet business expectations.
  • Configure and Develop business-critical solutions in Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and Gainsight platform using the cloud-based programming language.
  • Collaborate with the team (onshore / offshore) on design, code review, and contribute to standard SDLC methodologies & CICD
  • Lead technical efforts, and work closely with Technical Architects, Scrum Masters, Business Systems Analysts, and Quality Engineering team members in a geographically distributed Agile-scrum team.
  • Estimate efforts for feature delivery at both the high-level & detailed level and take ownership of the deliverables.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and identify and address root causes, define the solution and get the resolutions deployed.
  • Adhere to architecture, security, and change management guardrails, follow and enrich internal standards and best practices and work to bring on future technologies that improve platforms, efficiency, and scalability to the systems.
  • Be forward-looking regarding new features and other technology or tooling that bring new opportunities for efficiency, productivity, and development gain across the entire support ecosystem.
  • What you need to succeed

  • BS or MS in Computer Science or related field
  • 10+ years of software engineering experience managing highly sophisticated CRM implementations.
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (Application servers, Database Services, Service Bus)
  • Proven experience using structured, disciplined approaches to solving technical, data, and logical problems.
  • Strong fundamentals in object-oriented languages and client-side technologies like HTML, CSS, Javascript, and Javascript frameworks
  • Deep understanding of SDLC, web technologies, application security, database concepts, and software architectures.
  • Understanding of version control systems (GitHub) and build tools (Jenkins, Maven, and ANT)
  • Preferred 3+ years experience with the Agile methodology, story & sprint tracking tools such as JIRA or equivalent
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Able to clearly articulate sophisticated problems and solutions in terms that others can understand
  • Intense curiosity and a sincere interest in learning new technologies, platforms, and business processes
