Lead and oversee the administration of payroll, ensuring that the payroll is paid accurately and on time and process Time and Attendance files
Talent Acquisition through full life-cycle recruitment : posting, sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, offer letters, and onboarding.
Provides guidance and counseling on staffing and termination decisions, compensation, performance management processes, and career development plans for all employees.
Advises employees on resolutions for specific issues related to compensation, benefit programs, policies and procedures, and other human resources related matters.
Administers the company training and development initiatives.
Participates with global HR team members on the rollout of HR initiatives.
Processes administrative changes via Workday.
Undertake tasks around performance management
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turn rates
Organize the annual employee performance review
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
Ensure compliance with labor regulations
Bachelor’s Degree in related field / discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant Human Resources and payroll processing experience.
Fluent English with excellent verbal and written skills
Proven experience as an Human Resources Generalist
Proven experience in processing payroll
Good knowledge of employment / labor laws
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
Excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate position with clarity at all levels
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to present information to a small group
Trustworthy, discrete and a high degree of personal integrity to maintain sensitive and confidential information
Strong analytical problem solving skills. Excellent negotiation and customer service skills
