Snap Finance is seeking a Technology Senior Human Resources Business Partner for our People & Culture Department. We are looking to strengthen our dynamic, growing team.

As a Technology SHRBP, you will be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and leadership in a fast-growing and high paced business.

The HRBP would serve as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues. The successful candidate will be able to communicate proactively with business management and help develop integrated solutions.

This role will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the organization, it’s culture and its competition.

The Job

  • Participates in weekly / monthly meetings with respective technology business units.
  • Consults with leadership, providing HR guidance
  • Manages and collaborates to resolve complex employee relations issues. Can conduct effective and objective investigations.
  • Maintains detailed knowledge of legal requirements related to day to day management of employees, reducing risks, and ensuring compliance.
  • Provides guidance in performance management and support to leadership such as coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, etc.
  • Works closely with the management team to improve working relationships, build morale, instill trust and increase productivity and retention.
  • Helps identify training needs and areas of development
  • Bachelors degree and 5+ years of relevant HR expertise / experience
  • Previous experience in Tech companies
  • Advanced English (C1) - BELT assessment will be required
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Previous people management / coaching experience
  • Strong business acumen, communication and time management skills and relationship management experience
  • Ability to work effectively as a positive and motivational team player
