What You’ll Do
Participate in a Global team of Messaging Engineers in a Cloud deployment of O365 & Google Workspace with high availability (>
Work closely with Internal Teams and Technical Staff to maintain the various collaboration platforms and related technologies in a dynamic environment
Handle Security Requests for email encryption, retention & eDiscovery
Assist helpdesk and other system administrators by troubleshooting messaging systems interaction or connectivity problems as an escalation path
Regularly review the email environment for performance, stability, and growth purposes
Work closely with the Infrastructure Engineering Group to design, plan, test, and deploy upgrades
Regular office attendance is an essential function of the job, and evening or weekend work may be required for issues, special projects, patching, and upgrades (On-Call Rotation)

Internal & Cloud Audit Assessments
3-5 years’ minimum experience supporting Messaging Operation and Encryption Tools (i.e. Microsoft Exchange, O365, Google Workspace (Gsuite) Virtru, DLP, PGP WinZip Voltage) in a high availability configuration, including recent experience with Exchange 2010 / 2013 / 2016 and Messaging solutions in Cloud such as Google Workspace, Microsoft O365, Exchange On-line
3-5 Years of experience in technical competencies such as Encryption Tools (Virtru PGP Adobe), Microsoft Exchange, O365, Google Workspace, Active Directory, Windows Server 2012 / 2016, MessageLabs.
2-3 Years of experience Linux command line and shell scripting languages (Powershell, EMS, GAM, AppScripting, Java etc)
2-3 Years of experience with logging technologies such as Big Query
Extra Points for any of the Following
Experience with Cloud Platforms like AWS, GCP and Deploying and automating infrastructure / applications using APIs, JSON, AWS (ECS, ECR), Terraform, Jenkins, etc.
