Job Description

The Payments Senior Analyst will be responsible to work together with BPO team on payments issue resolution (tier 2 support to BPO).

This position will be required to maintain a high standard of performance ensuring all entries are timely completed and accurate.

  • This position supports BPO in payment requirements, internal controls and policies to release local and international payments;
  • requires experience in different bank platforms, policies, payments procedures to ensure the proper quality of services and accomplishment of the service level agreement.

    PtP Senior Specialist Payments will be also responsible to assist PtP management team in building, implementing and executing strategic and tactical plans as well as people management and development.

    What it does?

  • BPO’s system access administration
  • Monitors all payments with special care of sensitive payments, including Payroll, taxes, customs and credit cards according to local regulation.
  • Monitors payment rejection resolution and tracking of the end to end payment process.

    Identifies and proposes process improvement

    Operates with sense of urgency to resolve issues, including operational performance, and adhering to compliance

  • Coordinate SOP review period between BSC team and BPO team.
  • Acts as escalation point and requests management support as necessary

    Support Internal and External Audits

  • Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in PtP Payments
  • Proficient to advanced English skills (writing, speaking and listening)
  • Portuguese is a plus
  • CRSSC2020
