The Adobe Testing and Web Analytics team is looking for a Group Manager, Testing Analytics to build out the next generation of Adobe.
com test measurement and analysis. This role will work cross functionally with product managers, marketing, technology and other analytics teams to develop the future of testing for our digital properties.

This person will manage a team of analysts passionate about driving consistent testing and optimization across Adobe.com and will be responsible for planning, test design, execution and results presentation for end to end and federal Adobe.
com optimization efforts.
Success in this role greatly depends on your ability to excel in a matrixed environment, establishing trust and developing effective partnerships with peer organizations, business unit and corporate partners.
The ideal candidate should have experience working within a highly cross-functional team, leading change, and communicating effectively to executive and non-technical audiences.
What you’ll do
Lead development, maintenance and improvement of testing analytics tools / platforms / approaches for Adobe.com.
Build and implement A / B testing frameworks including metric development, test design and implementation plans.
Lead a group of analysts running optimization tests across Adobe.com.
Use statistical and data science models to analyze and better understand Adobe customer journeys from acquisition to engagement and retention.
Collect, synthesize, and interpret disparate quantitative data within the context of business objectives, identify trends, and explore data through segments and cohorts.
What you need to succeed
BA / BS in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative field. Master’s is preferred.
8-10 years experience driving digital testing capabilities and business analysis at a large software company
Expertise in test design, statistical modeling, data mining concepts and a track record of using these approaches to tackle business problems.
Strong proficiency in querying and manipulating large data sets for analytical purposes using SQL
Experience with big data platforms and programming languages like Python or R and data visualization tools such as Tableau / Power BI
Outstanding people and interpersonal skills, ability to work well in cross-functional situations and proven track record influencing team members.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills including the ability to distill complex subjects into easily digestible executive summaries
Attention to detail in planning and execution while seeing the big picture and understanding how the pieces fit together and affect one another.
