NTTDATA Services currently seeks a TechnicalServices Associate - Level 2 to join our team inSan Joaquin de Flores Heredia,Heredia (CR-H), Costa Rica(CR).

Technical Services - Level 2 : Provides ITsupport to solve problems and create solutions that leveragetechnology to meet CITI business needs in a Semi-

Senior role. Thisservice is on-site and may include the followingactivities :

  • Software installation for ATM
  • Inventory of miscellaneous assets
  • Support of project activities
  • Support in activities in the areas of CRS (shutdowns, wiringarrangements, etc.)
  • Support remote activities requiring the presence of an on-sitetechnician to supervise and support external activities with thesupport of an expert designated by CITI or one of the CITI partnersto carry out activities on computers or electronic equipment suchas Such as telephone communications, switches, routers, modems, toaccompany partners and suppliers, etc.
  • These activities will becoordinated and supervised by CITI. CITI will be responsible forthe results of the tasks performed.

  • Remote software distribution (CITI application and systems) forsoftware installation, configuration and upgrade and update patcheson computers.
  • Support crisis room (war room) either during the execution of theentire activity or only in specific activities such as executionand post-
  • activity. This modality will have a technician on the siteof the activity with the support given by the remote connectionequipment.

    JobLevel Specific Duties

  • Diagnoses and troubleshoots Level 1 problemsencountered with personal computer hardware, software andperipherals.
  • Answers the help desk line andresponds to users requests regarding computer systems.
  • Acknowledges receipt of all user requests withindefined service levels.
  • Initiates serviceorders (tickets) for all user requests, assisting users asnecessary to provide appropriate information.
  • Maintains user information and documentation.
  • Participates in ensuring that customer requests via the ticketingsystem are managed to closure.
  • Deliversresults in support of achieving the organization s Service LevelAgreements.
  • Typical Years ofExperience

  • Typically requires 0-2 years relevant experience.
  • Minimum Education andCertifications

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education andwork experience.
  • Skills

  • Ability to develop business relationships andcommunicate effectively with the user community.
  • Basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Basic understanding of the fundamentals of network, server, anddesktop administration, installations, upgrades, techniques, tools,and equipment.
  • Applies basic understandingof customer service techniques as required to address problems withPC based tools and products.
  • Physical Requirements / WorkingConditions

  • Abilityto physically perform general office requirements.
  • Must be able to perform essential responsibilitieswith or without reasonableaccommodations.
