What you will do :
Utilize creative sourcing techniques including direct sourcing, internet recruiting, networking, external research, etc.
Communicate with hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes.
Support full-life cycle ATOM agile recruitment process for the business, including direct sourcing techniques, negotiation skills, interviewing, checking references and so on.
Ensure that every stage of recruitment starting from the raising of the initial staff requisition to final appointment is carried out in accordance with our internal best practices.
Review and screen all resumes and applications
Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and other events
Utilize appropriate selection techniques and achieve recruitment metrics against company targets.
Create talent acquisition reports internally and for client purpose
Track metrics for all recruiting activities, detect trends and act upon them.
Work together with our digital marketing dept to create content and attract talent
Determine most effective source and request advertising for openings when required
What you need to succeed :
Bachelor Degree or undergraduate student required
1 year of experience in Recruitment is a plus
Proactive, independent and fast learner
Require accurate data entry and strong computer skills
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and resourcefulness in problem solving
Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to meet deadlines
Outstanding written and verbal English skills
