Coordinate the transport units with the respective service providers
Ensure accurate and timely data entry into our operational system
Ensure accurate and timely client billing
Meet compliance at all times to regulations. This includes internal policies and procedures such as Operational Process Standards (OPS),SOP of clients and external government regulations or customer policies / requirements.
Interact with our customers in arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards
Understand department process flow, and looking for best practices to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Review and approved the transport documentation (Carta porte, Manifesto and DUCA T)
Tracking via GPS of transport units
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, outlook,etc.).
Understanding of transportation documentation and terms is a plus(Incoterms,DUCA T ,Carta Porte,Manifiestos ,Duas ,etc)
Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results
Pro-active, strong organizational skills
Education and Experience :
3 years of industry-specific qualification (country-specific).
College degree or educational equivalent (preferably in administration customs or commerce)
