We are the team driving SEO for Adobe Spark on and accelerating like never before, making this an exciting time to join us! As we scale further internationally, we are looking for an experienced International SEO Manager who wants to be at the forefront of redefining the international SEO program and taking it to new heights with innovation, creativity, and a growth mindset.

Working in close partnership with the regional SEO teams around the world (EMEA, Japan, APAC, LATAM), this position will drive the strategy and roadmap for international SEO projects for Adobe Spark.

This International SEO Manager will be responsible for optimizing and expanding our international content, growing our authority globally, and working cross-functionally across several teams to deliver culturally relevant experiences for our international customers.

Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an outstanding work ethic and a positive attitude. This person will be both creative and analytical, and is comfortable working both collaboratively and autonomously.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about building relationships, focused on making business impact, loves to "nerd out" on SEO, and is naturally curious about how to move the needle for organic user acquisition globally.

Job Responsibilities :

Drive and manage overall international SEO strategy and execution for Adobe Spark

Collaborate and coordinate with all the regional SEO teams across Adobe to optimize organic performance beyond the US market

Optimize and expand international content through regular competitive and keyword research

Coordinate regional outreach and external partnership efforts to optimize off-site SEO

Monitor and drive technical SEO enhancements across all international SEO pages

Partner with the corporate team’s SEO content manager and outreach manager to establish baseline strategy and tactics that other regions will then build upon

Manage all international vendors / agencies that support authoring and publishing of international landing pages

Collaborate with local cross-functional teams (e.g. design, paid search, product, etc) to provide recommendations for cultural user experience optimizations to be made on local landing pages

Partner with analytics team on creating internal dashboards and reports to monitor international SEO performance

Monitor and report on international SEO performance and trends

Qualifications and Requirements :

5+ years of previous SEO management experience, and deep knowledge of SEO best practices and concepts (international SEO management experience is a plus)

Excellent interpersonal skills, and an ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple simultaneous projects

Extremely data-driven, and a strong understanding of SEO analytics and research platforms as well as familiarity with various third-party SEO solutions (e.

g. Ahrefs, SEMRush, BrightEdge, Google Search Console, etc.)

An appetite for organization, efficiency, and a keen eye for detail

Comfortable using Adobe and SEO analytics tools to answer data related questions both in support of performance reporting and hypothesis definition

Experience in providing keyword research, forecasts, and performance reports around core SEO metrics, including backlinks, keyword ranking and traffic

Excellent presentation and PowerPoint skills are essential

Additional spoken languages are a plus
